Perimenopause & Hormonal Transitions
Hormonal care that helps you stay in control of how you feel.
No referral. No waiting months. No rushed visits.
Does this sound familiar?
Your energy, sleep, or mood feels off. But you're told, "it's just aging."
You've noticed weight changes that don't match your habits.
Your cycle is changing, but you don't know what's normal.
You don't feel like yourself. And don't have clear answers.
You’re not imagining it. Hormonal transitions affect everything. And they're often misunderstood.
What We Evaluate & Treat
Perimenopause and menopause
Hormonal shifts affecting weight, energy, sleep, and mood
Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone evaluation
Cycle-related metabolic changes
Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS, formerly PCOS) and related hormonal conditions
A Different Approach
At Axis, we don’t just “manage menopause.”
We look at how hormonal changes are affecting your metabolism, your energy, your sleep, and your overall health.
We go beyond surface-level hormone checks
We consider how your body is responding as a whole
We build a plan tailored to your symptoms, goals, and preferences
This is about helping you stay in control. Not just ride it out.
